We’ve got a quick market update for the smaller communities around The Groves in Rancho Santa Fe, comparing 2012 with 2013. 

Smaller communities with a lack of sales tend to have a harder time showing the overall upward trend in the Rancho Santa Fe Housing Market, where the average sales price went up $300,000, from $2.3 million in 2012 to $2.6 million in 2013.
