2010 HOMEDEX Report - San Diego North County Price
HOMEDEX REPORT - 2010
This report shows how the housing market in North County San Diego has changed from 2009 to 2010. What we see here is that many (not all) of the lower priced communities have seen an increase, perhaps because those areas were the first to lose value. The higher priced housing communities such as Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar were slower to be hit by the housing crisis, so were still falling in 2010.
Recovery in Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, Escondido, Cardiff, Carmel Valley is evident.
