Fire Mountain Market Update blog January 2014

Fire Mountain Oceanside Market Update July 2011

There are 30 homes for sale at the moment in Fire Mountain. The least expensive home a townhouse in the Woodlands Complex is listed for $247,500, the most expensive home is listed on 1763 Yucca for 1.2M. There are 2 homes on the Yucca property and it might be possible to split the lot into four lots.

The average list price for all Fire Mountain Homes is $529,156, and the average home size, 4 bedroom, 3 bath with 2252 square feet.

Eight properties are under contract at the moment, where 1706 Hunsaker will be the highest sale coming up.

So far, 28 properties have sold in 2011. The least expensive home sold on 2436 Sarbonne for $175,000 (probably lot value, the house was falling down the hill). The most expensive home sold for $760,000 on Ivy, a 3 bedroom 3 bath home with 3335 square feet. There were another 6 Sales over 600K in Fire Mountain, which shows a sign of recovery for the area.

My personal opinion, some of the best sales were 1616 Laurel, $565,000, 1626 Laurel for $650,000, the bank owned property on 1748 Avocado, sold for $445,000 and 1836 Fire Mountain Road which sold for $510,000.
