The Rancho Santa Fe Housing Market started strong into 2015!
Sales are actually up 80% from 2014, so far 27 homes have sold in Rancho Santa Fe this year compared to 15 homes last year.
People probably think that most sales are all cash in this high end market. Think again!
Over 40M have been financed this year with 14 homes purchased with conventional financing.
13 Homes changed owners all cash.
Where do people buy in Rancho Santa Fe?
Buyers love the Covenant with 66.6% of all sales / 18 homes. All the other communities are having a harder time selling:
2 Sales in Fairbanks Ranch, 2 Sales in the Farms, 1 in the Groves, 1 in Del Mar Country Club, 1 Tuscan Estates, 1 Hacienda Santa Fe and 1 in the Rancho Diegueno area.
Totals Sales Volume in Rancho Santa Fe in the first 2 month of this year is 75,6M, with an average sales price per square foot of around $550. Highest price per square foot paid $890 which was a development project in the Rancho Santa Fe Village. Lowest price per square foot paid $351 for a Fixer in the Covenant.
