Home Buyers Have Many Concerns and How To Overcome

Many homebuyers have concerns about the market these days that just won’t seem to go away. If you’re anything like me, you see your rent continue to increase, while competition for homes seems intense. You can’t imagine trying to fight all of the other buyers out there for the few homes that are available, so you continue to pay rent, and smile, at least knowing you don’t have to be afraid to buy a home, yet. You are not alone. Check out this video about homebuyers concerned about too much competition from other buyers. 

 

 

A recent survey https://www.redfin.com/blog/2016/02/one-in-four-homebuyers-cites-high-rent-as-reason-for-buying.html polled homebuyers and found that one in four of them are sick of paying high rent, causing them to finally buy. Increases in rent recently have persuaded more homebuyers that there is no better time to buy than, yesterday. However, there are still many buyers on the fence about buying, worried about many other things. As they are paying higher and higher rent prices, they are able to save less and less for a downpayment to buy a home, and this can worry any future homebuyer. Realtor Magazine did a survey last year about homebuyer concerns. https://realtormag.realtor.org/daily-news/2015/08/24/top-6-home-buyer-concerns They surveyed many homebuyers and found other concerns besides not having a downpayment and buyer competition. However, there is no need to be afraid. Knowledge is power, and The Indra Group is here and ready to help curb those fears as they come.
